    What is Soul?
It is difficult to name, for it is not something we can grasp or define—it is something we feel. Soul is the inner voice that arises when we become very still and ask a question with an open heart. Some call it the divine feminine, the life force, shakti wisdom, our inner guide, the “deep heart.” But truly, it cannot be named. It is the quiet knowing we carry in our bones, the wisdom that flows from the heart and connects us to something deeper, something eternal. In this retreat, we will create space to listen to that voice, to honor its presence, and to open ourselves to the guidance and renewal it offers.
Together, through rituals, movement, creativity, and reflection, we will explore what it means to live from this sacred place—embracing the courage to release what no longer serves us, the clarity to align with our deepest intentions, and the soulfulness to step into the world renewed and fully present.
“There is a road, no simple highway
Between the dawn and the dark of night
And if you go, no one may follow
That path is for your steps alone
… Ripple in still water
When there is no pebble tossed
Nor wind to blow.”
“Ripple,” The Grateful Dead
